For years I have had difficulty falling asleep. I’m unable to sleep because my mind won’t let go of the events of the day and concerns about events to come. REST CBD full spectrum softgels work great for me to help me sleep. I take two softgels 30-45 minutes before bed time and fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I have tried several different melatonin products with no luck.
